Service Management System
It is a management system created for the protection of the environment and natural structure and published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). It has been established in order to determine the environmental factors in the process from the raw material purchase stage to the final product of a product and to control these factors and to minimize the damage to the environment.
A technology that is widely used and increasingly widespread and developing must be sustainable, manageable and controllable.
The purpose of this standard is to continuously improve and improve the capabilities and performances of organizations or units providing information technology services to meet the expectations of their internal / external customers. It is a process-based standard and can also be integrated with standards such as quality or information security.
- When there is a need to demonstrate the ability to provide services with sustainable, sufficient capability and appropriate performance (performance ratio), audit activity carried out by an independent organization should be consulted. TSE offers this service with its competent and experienced auditor staff.
Recently, independent certification is sought from the organizations or units that aspire to provide services in information technology service procurement in order to show that they work in accordance with this standard.
All independent or in-house units that provide information technology services (software, hardware, internet, infrastructure, technical service, database, archiving, backup, etc.) can apply for certification in this standard.
